Payment terms: Online ordering and automated payment through our payment provider is standard for product purchase and payment. Other methods of payment accepted sent via mail or another carrier, of buyer's choice at buyer's expense; Personal Check, Company Check, Cashiers Check or Money Order. Payment via wire transfer is also acceptable, buyer is liable for any and all wire transfer fees incurred.
Our guarantee: You will receive a quality manufactured product from a top rated supplier. We will assist our customers in every respect and provide the best in class service to help resolve any questions or concerns that may arise.
Internet Purchase Terms: No returns will be accepted after 30 days from the date of purchase. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. A credit will only be given for the product purchased, not the shipping costs incurred. All shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the Buyer. Type of Credit issued is at seller's discretion.
Stock terms: Although the product is normally in stock, we can not guarantee there will not be stock outs. All stock is subject to prior sale. We will do our best to immediately alert our customers when delivery problems arise.
Standard shipping terms: All Stock Products ship within 1-2 business days from time of order receipt. All products are shipped F.O.B. our manufacturing plant. Loss, once the shipment has left our plant, is the sole responsibility of the Buyer. All products are shipped standard UPS ground transportation. No other shipping methods are accepted or available at this time. Shopping Cart shipping costs reflect USA orders only.
Buyer agrees to hold Merchant, its subsidiaries, and its owners completely harmless from all liabilities associated with the proper use or Improper use for which the product/s is/are intended.
